The Blade 2.0 Rowing Machine is a fitness equipment that uses air resistance technology for a challenging workout. It has adjustable resistance, comfortable foot pedals, and a cushioned seat for maximum comfort. The machine also has an LCD that displays exercise metrics such as time, distance, speed, and burned calories. It also features a built-in heart rate monitor to help you track your heart rate during your workout.

  • The Smart colour console shows a range of performance metrics, including watts. It connects to various cycling and fitness apps, including, but not limited to, zwift, kinomap, Gym Track, xert, Suffer Fest, and Rgt Cycling.
  • Adjustable magnetic resistance between 1 and 8 levels
  • Integrated wheels make it easy to push where you like for your workout - whether that's outside or in
  • Using only air, you can mimic 0-15 degrees of incline, and by adding the magnetic, you can mimic up to a 35-degree incline.
  • This commercial-quality bike comprises a heavy-duty frame with an oversized ergonomic seat for comfort. It features an Air resistance level colour display (white—left side) and Magnetic resistance level colour (red—right side).

Warranty

  • 5 Years Frame - Covers all welds and the integrity of the frame
  • 2 Years Parts - All parts other than worn items are supplied free of charge in the first two years if replacement is required
  • 6 Months Wear Items - Wear items include handlebar grip, chain, computer, foot straps and seat
  • 1 Year Labour - All parts are fitted free of charge, which requires replacement during the first 12 months
  • Parts required due to malicious damage or misuse of the rower will be chargeable together with the required labour costs to fit the parts
  • Excludes rust on frames and components

Return:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Stock Items

Customers are granted a legal cooling-off period to cancel an agreement within consumer credit. The 14-day cooling-off period, as stipulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 under your Right to Withdraw, is applicable.

Should a customer decide to cancel an order for any reason, flexyourgym retains the right to recover reasonable ancillary costs and expenses incurred beyond the terms specified.

A re-stocking charge of 15% may apply to any returned goods.

Flexyourgym customers have a 14-working-day cooling-off period from the date they receive their product to decide whether to keep their purchase. 

If a customer decides to return their purchase, they are responsible for the post and packaging costs. Additionally, all items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. 

We kindly request that you please return the goods in their original condition to ensure a hassle-free refund or credit process. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, Flexyourgym reserves the right to refuse them at its supplier's warehouse. 

Please note that removing the goods from their original packaging or assembling them may forfeit your right to cancel. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you!

Made-To-Order And Bespoke Products.

Cancellation rights do NOT extend to products tailored to the customer's specifications. This includes custom-coloured products, flooring cut to specification before installation, lifting platforms, customised dumbbells, wear strips, and other personalised/bespoke products.

Wrong, Faulty, or Damaged Products

If you discover your order is flawed, don't hesitate to email us at info@flexyourgym.co.uk with photos of the product. We will provide a return shipping label, and once it is tracked, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Exchange

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, don't hesitate to contact us by mail at info@flexyourgym.co.uk. We will process the free exchange.

 Refunds

Upon authorisation, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within five working days. Please be aware that all PayPal refunds will exclude the transaction fee.

For order cancellations or returns, notification must be sent via email. If you wish to cancel or return goods, please email info@flexyourgym.co.uk, and a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. If you have yet to receive a refund, recheck your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

How will my order be delivered?

Standard Delivery For Products Over £20 (Free Of Charge)

Standard Delivery For Products Under £20 (£8.99 Charge)

Standard deliveries will arrive within 2-4 business days. These lighter, easy-to-manage products don't require a pallet or a two-person lift.

One-Man Pallet Delivery (Free Of Charge)

Expected delivery is 2-4 business days. We advise having two persons available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note: Pallet deliveries are curbside drop-off only.

We recommend against one person receiving delivery for larger or heavier orders. We advise a friend or family member to help receive these products.

After Payments Processed

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we despatch your items within the above delivery time. Then, we will send you a despatch notification after your item/has left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you place your order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

Delivery Access Information:

While our carriers possess detailed road maps for all areas of the UK mainland, do you have any additional details that could help us locate your delivery address?

Kindly inform us of any potential delivery obstructions and ensure the delivery area is easily accessible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • steps (including those necessary to climb for access to the property entrance)
  • steeply inclined driveways
  • Any other restrictions that impede the delivery vehicle's access to the point of delivery? Due to the size of certain delivery vehicles, FlexYourGym or carriers working on our behalf must be informed of any restrictions regarding access to your address.

If you have specific delivery requirements, don't hesitate to contact our team at info@flexyourgym.co.uk, and we can arrange alternative solutions.

The disposal of pallets is the customer's responsibility.

Pallet delivery is made to the curbside, immediately adjacent to the delivery vehicle. Inside delivery is an additional service incurring extra costs and must be pre-booked.

If you don't book an additional service, you will need to assist in moving the merchandise into your business or home. We recommend ensuring the product fits and is easily transported to its ground-floor installation point.

Flexyourgym would not entertain claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item if the carriers or Flexyourgym were not informed of access restrictions.

In the event of refusal or cancellation due to these restrictions, the customer is responsible for all carriage charges, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Liability Disclaimer:

Flexyourgym cannot be held liable for delays or damages arising from third-party carriers. We can not consider claims for compensation in cases where the carrier fails to deliver at the agreed-upon time. Any claims related to property damages caused by a third-party carrier should be directly addressed with the carrier.
