Order Confirmation

Once you've made your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will swiftly process your order and prepare it for dispatch. Our courier services may contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Once confirmed, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your order. On delivery day, be available to inspect and sign for your order. Email us at info@flexyourgym.co.uk within 24 hours to report any damages or discrepancies.

How will my order be delivered?

We are dedicated to offering a fast, secure, and dependable delivery service for all our products. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and carrier for each item on our website. Please note that selecting a specific carrier for delivery is not currently an option. Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday.

Standard Fee

  • For Products Over £19.99: Free of Charge
  • For Products Under £20: £8.99 Charge

Deliveries will arrive within 2-4 business days. These lighter, easy-to-manage products don't require a pallet or a two-person lift.

One-Man Pallet Delivery: Free of Charge

Expected delivery is 2-4 business days. We advise having two persons available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Note: Pallet deliveries are curbside drop-off only.

Additional Delivery Services:

 

  • Delivery to your door, priority, and named day delivery services are available upon request. As these services depend on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order, we are unable to provide an exact cost upfront.
  • After you place your order, please contact us via email at info@flexyourgym.co.uk for a custom delivery quote. We’ll calculate the cost based on the specifics of your order and provide you with the options available.

After Payments Processed

Once we process your payment, we despatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s has left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

Where does Flexyourgym deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom). Additional charges may apply for offshore domestic regions and the Scottish Highlands: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. If your address is outside of the UK mainland, contact us for a delivery quote at info@flexyourgym.co.uk or 0330 122 8624.

Delivery Access Information:

While our carriers have detailed road maps for all areas of the UK mainland, please inform us of any potential delivery obstructions to ensure the delivery area is easily accessible. This includes, but is not limited to, steps, steep driveways, or other restrictions that may impede the delivery vehicle's access.

Partial Delivery

If your item ships in multiple boxes, in some rare instances delivery of single boxes may take place on separate days.If you have not received your full delivery as expected or you are missing parts please contact us either by email  info@flexyourgym.co.uk or by phone on 0330 122 8624.

    Customer Responsibility for Pallet Disposal:

    Pallet delivery is curbside drop-off only. Inside delivery incurs additional costs and must be pre-booked. If not pre-booked, you will need to assist in moving the merchandise into your home or business. Ensure the product fits and is easily transported to its installation point.

    Delay Between Carrier Scans:

    Delays between scans during transit are common. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date. If more than 6 calendar days have passed since the last tracking update, please reach out to us, and we’ll check the status of your order with the carrier.

    Delivery Timeframes and Special Circumstances

    Our standard delivery times are 2-4 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or high demand periods such as Christmas or sales events. During these times, it’s possible that deliveries may take longer than usual.

    We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Typically, once your payment has been processed and your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email within 24-48 hours. This allows you to monitor your delivery progress.

    If you place your order after 12 pm on a Friday or during the weekend, it will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

    In cases of unexpected delays due to high demand or public holidays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please reach out to us if you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order.

    Liability Disclaimer:

    Flexyourgym cannot be held liable for delays or damages arising from third-party carriers. Claims for compensation due to carrier delays must be addressed directly with the carrier.
